1. Product introduction

LH-750 is a macroporous styrene-based strongly basic anion exchange resin. It has a high specific surface area and reasonable pore structure. It has large adsorption capacity, wide decolorization range, strong anti-pollution ability, and good elution performance. It has the advantages of good mechanical strength and strong anti-oxidation properties. This product is used to remove organic matter and reduce the color of natural organic matter. Its treatment cost is lower than that of granular activated carbon.

3. Storage and storage of resin

Proper measures should be taken during storage of resin to prevent the resin from losing water, freezing and heating, and becoming moldy. Otherwise, it will affect the stability of the resin, reduce its service life, and reduce its service performance.

1. Prevent resin water loss

The new resin leaving the factory is all wet and its water content is saturated. The resin should be prevented from losing water during transportation and storage. If the resin is found to be dry, do not soak the resin directly in water, but soak it in saturated salt water to make the resin expand slowly, and then gradually dilute the salt solution.

2. Prevent the resin from freezing and heating

The temperature of resin is not easy to be too high or too low during storage, and its ambient temperature should generally be 5 ~ 40 °C. If the temperature is too high, the resin will easily deteriorate and the exchange groups will decompose. If it is below 0 °C, the volume of the resin will expand due to the freezing of moisture in the resin mesh, causing the resin to swell and crack.

3. Storage packaging

This product is packed in plastic woven bags, each bag is 25kg, or can be packed in other containers according to the needs. This product is a non-dangerous goods. Unused resin should keep the outer packaging bag intact, avoiding its rupture and directly exposing the resin to air. At the same time, the resin should avoid direct contact with iron containers, oxidants and oil substances to prevent the resin from being contaminated or oxidized and degraded, resulting in resin deterioration.

4. Storage date

The storage time of resin should not be too long, preferably not more than two years. The principle of buy-and-use, first-buy, first-use, should be adopted to avoid storing the resin for too long and affecting the performance of the resin. In particular, the anion exchange resin may significantly reduce the exchange capacity of the resin due to the decomposition of the exchange group.
