1. Product Introduction:
After preliminary impurity removal of the lithium containing solution, adjust the pH value to 10~12, and then flow through the special exchange resin column for lithium
extraction, so as to adsorb the metal cations above divalence in the lithium containing
solution to obtain the lithium containing purified solution, which is then evaporated, crystallized and dried to obtain battery grade lithium chloride; Then, deionized water is used
to replace the lithium extraction special exchange resin column, followed by acid washingwith a solution, residual acid cleaning with deionized water, alkaline cleaning with a
solution, and residual alkali cleaning with deionized water to obtain a recyclable lithium
extraction special exchange resin column.The above battery grade lithium chloride deep
impurity removal method can complete the deep impurity removal of lithium chloride in
one go, reaching the battery grade without generating precipitation, reducing impurity
removal costs and environmental risks, improving the recovery rate of lithium elements,
and the lithium extraction special exchange resin column can be recycled, saving impurity removal costs.
