1. Product Introduction:

It is an anion exchange resin with precise control and modification of its skeleton structure, thus possessing good thermal stability, mechanical strength, and hydrophobicity.

LH-300QH can be efficiently used for catalytic disproportionation reactions in the polycrystalline silicon industry, with excellent performance, stability, and reliability.

The disproportionation reaction in the production of polycrystalline silicon involves the recycling and utilization of dichlorodihydrogen silicon through catalytic disproportionation reaction, which can reduce production costs and safety hazards.

At the same time, through the anti disproportionation reaction, dichlorosilane and tetrachloride are converted into trichlorosilane, and the conversion rate of dichlorosilane can reach over 90%.

The specific reaction formula is as follows: Main reaction: SiH2Cl2+SiCl4 → 2SiHCl3 Side reaction: SiH3Cl+SiCl4 → 2SiH2Cl2 2SiH3Cl → SiCl4+2SiH2Cl2

LH-300QH resin is suitable for catalytic reactions of chlorosilane disproportionation to produce high-purity polycrystalline silicon.
