LH-5 YG, special resin for deoxygenation

1.Product profile:

LH-5 YG is a special resin for deaeration, and its special reducing function group makes it have a high removal capacity for dissolved oxygen in water. After the boiler supply water is treated with deaerated resin, the residual dissolved oxygen concentration in the water can be reduced to less than 0.05ppm.

The resin is prepared by special process, with excellent chemical stability and physical stability and excellent permeability impact resistance; the resin size can ensure the operation of the system pressure drop, consistent resin regeneration rate; after special process preparation and purification to ensure the high purity of the resin, the very low impurity ions escape in the application.

use:

· Degenation of boiler feed water

· Pure water deoxygenation

Can be recycled, saving the miscellaneous removal cost.

2. Resin storage

(1) Resin needs a certain amount of water, during the storage process, should prevent resin water loss. If the resin is found to dry, the resin should be soaked in saturated salt water to make the resin to expand slowly, and then gradually dilute the concentration of salt water.

（2）Prevent the resin from freezing or heating. Generally, the storage ambient temperature of resin is 5~40℃. If the ambient temperature is lower than 5℃, the resin can be soaked in a certain concentration of salt water to achieve the purpose of anti-freezing. If the ambient temperature is higher than 40℃, the resin can be placed indoors and protected from light.

(3) Resin storage time is not easy to be too long, generally it should not exceed 1 year.
